party time!

richies birthday was a blasty blast! i actually got beaten up by a party bus...dancing in the aisles + crazy bus drivers = falling & big bruises. it's entirely possible that i'm anemic. i bruise at the drop of a hat. now it looks like mikey beats me, haha. seriously, they're biiiig bruises! anyway, awesome AWESOME time! i want to do a party bus once a week please! it was so great seeing so many friends all in one night ♥ just lovely. lots of photos to post when i upload them (battery died that night cause i obviously took too many photos)

another birthday wish...i love how i'm talking like it's even remotely close, it's in june. haha...but really, so pretty.

tomorrow i go home for three days!! my parents got a new kitchen table and a new flat screen hd tv so i'm pretty stoked to see both (and catch up on greys episodes that my mum tapes for me, on said tv) it'll be super nice to be home for a few days! plus i'm picking up my mums sewing machine and bringing it back to peterborough with me...this blog is soon to get rather crafty ♥

oh my goodness. i can't even handle how insanely adorable andy electric was as a kitten. it's actually retarded. i can't wait til she's gotten spaid (note to self: you REALLY need to do that soon) and she's a little more relaxed and cuddly. she's still a pretty rambunctious little baby cat. mikey and i want her to get old and fat and be a little calmer. that'll be nice!

this was taken last year on his birthday. after he didn't get into the bar we were supposed to go to (dance cave...of all places that wouldn't let him in! haha) we had a sweet time anyway though and this year (thursday) is gonna be even better!

soon, one of these will be mine! my mums lending me hers and i couldn't be happier. i'm picking it up next week when i go home for richys birthday (have i mentioned how excited i am for this? partying in toronto, which i haven't done in quite awhile, with [most] of my besties...going to be stellar ♥) anyway, heading home on wednesday for that and bringing the sewing machine back with me; just in time for the online class i'm taking!

tomorrow i don't work until six pm, that's pretty exciting.

today was a really nice day. slept in, made some blueberry muffins, got a tea at dreams of beans and headed off for a thrifty adventure at value village with mikey and got some seriously sweet finds! i always find some good stuff, peterborough vv is pretty rad! we also went to chapters (i want everything!), animalia (painted turtles!!!) and the mall.

tonight i'm heading over to a friends for dinner and then out for some beers. i wish everyday was like today. i hope everyone else had lovely tuesdays as well!

mikey & i's day today: i slept in til 1:30, then started online shopping...mikey slept in til 3:30, only to move to the couch. since then we've moved only to use the bathroom and to make a delicious dinner of shake n' bake chicken and rice.

pretty much a perfect day.

you know what i find really funny? when girls are in the girls bathroom and yet, i can tell that they are clearly trying not to make a noise while ripping off the tampon wrapper. i mean, girls get their periods...you're in the girls bathroom...what are you trying to hide? this happened twice when i was in the bathroom at work today, i find it strange

nothings better then having a day off and spending it with a super cute boy; sleeping in, going to chumleighs (our used video/book store) getting a ham&cheese croissant from dreams of beans, spending the entire rest of the day watching 'curb your enthusiasm' and then getting the internet installed; wahoo! oh ya and teddy grahams are sweet too!

so here i am, back on the internet...mikey & i are both being so super dorky right now. he's playing xbox live and talking to his friends through the headset and i'm sitting here being internety and listening to my ipod; luke pickett at that...dreamy, dreamy music. if you've never listened to him, please do.

(sidenote: andy just woke up, stretched like a halloween cat and then sneezed like fifteen times in a row. strange?! haha)

so i paid off my visa the other day and damn, did that ever feel good. so why is it that all i want to do now is shopshopshop...it's super hard especially when there's so many cute things online.
