this shit...seriously saving my life. my hair is SO soft & i'm just using the conditioner, not the shampoo or spray or anything! it's one of those things that you notice a change right away...i am wearing my hair naturally curly a lot more lately and usually it looks frizzy&fried but this stuff makes it so soft!! strooongly recommend it to girls with thick, naturally wavy hair or anyone who wants softer hair in general, basically!
& to think i really only bought it 'cause i was out of conditioner & i got 2000 extra shoppers optimum points if i bought john frieda stuff, haha
