a year ago today, my grandpa passed away...
it really feels like it has been so much longer. it's still strange going to visit my grandma and him not being there. i had never had a grandparent pass away before he did and i consider myself incredibly lucky that he was around for as much of my life as he was. most people i know grandparents were not alive for as long as mine were/are. i am so lucky, in so many ways.
i still miss him and think about him everyday...
