( on feeling good )

recently i've been really focusing on what makes me feel good & i've narrowed it down to a few very simple things that i can do often, if not everyday to make/keep me happy:


bike rides


i've been going for one everyday, sometimes twice a day. i have such a lovely trail by my house & it's a good 8km, perfect! also going for walks after dinner with mikey is quickly becoming a favourite thing to do too.


eating delicious (but healthy) food


finding food that you enjoy that is good for you too, feels extra wonderful.


spending time with friends


this is definitely one of my favourite things to do...for obvious reasons...i pretty much have the greatest friends to ever exist!


spending time outside


it's summer time! get some vitamin d in your system! it feels good, i promise.
