delicious & healthy: lunchtime



ingredients for this salad:

+ spinach leaves or a spring mix

+ creamy cucumber salad dressing

+ half an avocado

+ almonds

+ peeled sunflower seeds

+ raisins

= complete & total yum!


mmm! i wish i could take credit for coming up with this delicious concotion but i can't...my friend lianne introduced me to it. i added raisins as well as i think they make a nice sweet touch. try this out, you won't regret it!
