random health post

i don't normally post about stuff like this but since having to go gluten free, it's something i've had to think about a little more than usual as i'm not eating breads or wheat products. i've been using this benefibre a lot in my water bottles. it is a clear, taste-free way to get the fiber that your body needs! i would not recommend adding it to milk or hot water (such as tea or coffee) as it clumps but adding it to water that is not super duper cold is the best way to drink it that i've found. you can also sprinkle it on your food, because again, it's tasteless.

it's quick little things like this (taking vitamins, eating healthy, etc) that make me feel better about my body and my overall state of well being.
